And it has big start torque, overload ability strong advantage. At the same time, small dc motor controller has an alternative in some special application environment. Dc motor controller and other various types of motor controller is the same, its working principle is established on the basis of electromagnetic force and electromagnetic induction. The characteristics of dc torque motor controller is the comparison of the mechanical properties of soft and speed range is very wide, it is a constant torque mode. It has a low output speed, provide larger torque and overload the advantages of good performance. Torque motor controller in use with other types of motor controller is different: its high locked-rotor torque, locked-rotor current is small, and can work in a short period of time in the blocked state. Because there is such a feature, so it can be used in the measurement system for load tested motor controller. Because of its low rotational speed, torque motor controller when it as the load connected to the motor controller to be tested, need to match speed reducer is used. The application of torque motor controller should satisfy the conditions are: 1. Measured no-load speed after reducer reducer motor controller is less than the big torque motor controller zui no-load speed. 2. In order to ensure the torque load, torque motor controller locked-rotor torque is greater than the reducer motor controller to be tested after two times of the rated torque. Large torque motor controller and speed reducer with large reduction ratio can make a big inertia load, it may cause measured motor controller cannot be started running. So, torque motor controller load performance testing method is not suitable for small dc servo motor controller.
