Electrical network platform of frequency control of step motor used three methods: (1)Linear lifting frequency. This method is based on a constant acceleration of lifting, good stability, can be used for a wide speed change way of rapid positioning. Acceleration time although long, but the software implementation is simple. (2)Lifting frequency index curve. This method from the moment of frequency characteristics of stepping motor, according to the torque changing with the frequency is derived. It accords with the movement law of step motor and deceleration process, can make full use of effective stepper motor torque, quick response with good performance, short lift time. Index fluctuation has strong tracking ability, but poor balance when speed change is bigger, generally applies to tracking in response to demand higher machining. (3)Parabolic rise or frequency. Parabolic rise and frequency will be linear lifting and exponential curve fluctuation frequency, make full use of the step motor at low speed when the effective torque, greatly reduces the time of the speed, has strong tracking ability again at the same time, it is a better way.
