HOPRIO S1M-150YE2 150mm (6”) corded brushless angle grinder is a high power, compact tool built for demanding industrial applications. Combining a high efficiency brushless motor with intelligent controls and a durable, dust resistant design, it delivers reliable performance in metal cutting and grinding, stone work, deburring, and other tough onsite tasks.
Advanced Motor & Control System
At its core is the proprietary HOPRIO HB2207 brushless motor, developed through simulation driven magnetic circuit design. This motor offers high speed, compact size, maintenance free operation, and an extended service life. Paired with the independently developed HPBL7245 intelligent controller—which uses a core torque start algorithm, hall sensor free design, and a non large capacitor, non PFC circuit—the system ensures high efficiency, wide voltage compatibility, and enhanced electrical safety, including leakage protection.
Built for Productivity & Operator Safety
With a rated power of 2000W (max 3800W) and a no load speed of 9500 rpm, the grinder handles heavy materials quickly—cutting a 25mm steel rebar in about 4 seconds. Its soft start feature reduces initial jerk, while integrated power off, overload, and thermal protections enhance safety during continuous use. A dual mode trigger with a self lock switch offers secure control, and an indicator light signals normal operation (green) or fault conditions (red blinking), providing clear visual warnings.
