1.How can we get a quotation?
Please provide the specification about the product, it’s better if you can provide picture,material or sample, so that we can give you an accurate quotation. We will send the quotation to you by E-mail or trade manager or other chat software after we confirm the details.
2.What’s the trade term and payment term?
These information we will mention in the quotation sheet. Normally we quote FOB price. Concerning the payment term, we can accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment ), Western Union, Wire Transfer &crash, if large amount, we also can accept L/C as payment terms.
3.May I have new sample with our LOGO for confirmation?
Yes, of course you can. But the fee is in your account. And about the MOQ for OEM or ODM, it depends on the product configuration.
4.What about the lead time?
It depends on the product and the quantity.
5.what about shipment?
Deposit is to establish trust and intention of cooperation. And we will send you the photos during production, and will provide the tracking No. to you once shipped, and you can use your forwarding agent, or if you have express account, you can arrange the shipment. But sometimes it will cheaper to used our carrier.
6.What shipping method I can choose ?
for small order, trial order, can by express or by air, DHL, UPS, TNT,FEDEX, if large order can by sea etc, 3-7 working days by express, 10-35 working days by sea. You can arrange shipment by yourself .
