Stepper motor static torque ဝိသေသလက္ခဏာများတိုင်းတာခြင်းနည်းလမ်း

stepper motor rotor static state (Balance)Features၊ ဤအင်္ဂါရပ်သည် static static torque ဝိသေသလက္ခဏာများ သို့မဟုတ် တင်းမာမှုလက္ခဏာများ အမှတ်အသားအဖြစ် သိကြသည့်အချိန်နှင့် မသက်ဆိုင်ဘဲ မော်တာ stator dc excitation အခြေအနေ၊ ဝန် torque အပြောင်းအလဲများနှင့် rotor displacement Angle ဖြစ်သည်။ (1) Torque table- stepper motor ကို ပြုပြင်ထားသည်။ ပုံတွင်ပြထားသည့်အတိုင်း torque table ၏ Readings နှင့် Angle measuring instrument reads များကို ပြထားသည့်အတိုင်း Angle of Angle နှင့် torque characteristic curve တို့မှ ဆွဲယူပါသည်။ Angle ကို မတိုင်းတာပါက အမြင့်ဆုံး static torque TM ကိုသာ တိုင်းတာနိုင်သည်။ (၂) ပြထားသည့်အတိုင်း ပူလီအလေးချိန်နည်းကို ပုံသဏ္ဍာန် torque table အစား ပူလီများနှင့် အလေးချိန်ဖြင့် ပြုလုပ်ပါ။ တစ်ဖန်၊ potentiometer သို့မဟုတ် encoder တိုင်းတာခြင်း Angle ကိုအသုံးပြု၍ အလေးချိန် W ၏အလေးချိန်ကိုပြောင်းလဲခြင်းဖြင့် torque table torque curve နှင့် တူညီပါသည်။ (3) Stress meter နှင့် encoder ၊ အထက်ဖော်ပြပါ နည်းလမ်းနှစ်ခုသည် အတုဝန်အား torque တန်ဖိုးများ၊ တိုင်းတာချိန်နှင့် အလိုအလျောက် torque မျဉ်းကွေးများကို ရယူရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ အထက်တွင်ပြထားသည့်အတိုင်း ဆက်စပ်၊ strain gauge torque meter နှင့် optical shaft encoder သည် stepper motor နှင့် တိုက်ရိုက်ချိတ်ဆက်ထားပြီး၊ torque meter၊ encoder နှင့် X-rayY recorder ကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ်တိုင်းတာရန်အတွက် static torque လက္ခဏာများဖြစ်သည်။
အဓိကထုတ်ကုန်များ- stepper motor, brushless motor, servo motor, stepping motor drive, brake motor, linear motor နှင့် stepper motor ၏ အခြားသော model အမျိုးအစားများကို မေးမြန်းရန် ကြိုဆိုပါတယ်။ တယ်လီဖုန်း-
